About Masha

I spent years searching for answers—through books, training, and self-development work. But no matter how much I learned, something always felt incomplete. It wasn’t until I turned inward, integrating somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and deep embodiment work, that I discovered the missing key: the wisdom of the body.
My journey began with a simple yet powerful realization—we cannot think our way into transformation; we must feel our way through it.
Through my work in somatic psychology, movement, and internal healing, I help people break free from limiting patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels as good as it looks. Whether you're a high achiever seeking deeper fulfillment, a woman reclaiming her power, or someone searching for clarity, I’m here to guide you back to your body’s innate intelligence.
